General
The Jaguar Bass is a modern Fender classic and that's more than reason enough for Squier to build a more affordable version to add to their famed Classic Vibe Series. The result is an electric offset bass with a versatile PJ pickup configuration consisting of Fender-designed Alnico pickups to ensure a broad palette of sounds. Focussed on comfort and convenience, the build further features concentric tone and volume controls for eased tweaks and, naturally, Squier have blessed their take on the Jaguar Bass with a C-profile neck, a 9.5-inch fretboard radius and narrow-tall frets to make sure that notes that can be held with a lighter touch. It's the '70s-style styling and the vintage finish of the neck that seal up the aesthetics of the Squier Classic Vibe Jaguar Bass.
